1. Helium + tank 10l - 40l, volume at will and possibility.
2. Hand pump (preferably green Qualatex)
3. Air inflator
4. Liquid to increase the flight time of balloons (hi-float), preferably with a dispenser. You can have a minimum amount.
5. Steel wire 4mm - 10m will be enough. Pliers, scissors for metal (preferably).
6. Twine (rope) from 10m
7. Scissors
8. Metal-plastic pipe 20mm - from 10m. Pipe cutter.
9. Tape wide

10. Chipboard 16mm (dimensions 30 by 30cm or 40 by 40cm), mounting bracket 5 pieces, wood screw 15mm (50 pieces), screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver. Paper A4 white - 10 sheets or silver foil (1 roll).
11. Floral tape 0.5 - white - 1 spool, fishing line 0.5mm transparent - 1 spool.
12. Glue moment rubber - 1 tube
13. Mounting pads
14. Mounting film + oracal.
15. Sealer, in extreme cases, instead of a sealer, you can use a hair straightener.
16. Glue gun
17. Calibrator
18. Helium iflator

Lesson 3

First home task
The minimum task is to create a garland or arch with any pattern(minimum 1m).
The maximum task is to apply any of the techniques in the design.For example, decorate the front side of a store or install an arch for a celebration (it can be a gift to friends, relatives or a commercial project).The main thing is to apply knowledge in practice.
